Pristine Professional Services provides commercial, residential, and specialised cleaning services across Sydney and Melbourne. The scope of work for each engagement will be outlined in the agreed-upon service quote or contract.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are provided as quotes based on the scope of work. Final pricing may vary if the actual conditions differ from what was described at the time of quoting. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.

5. Liability

Pristine Professional Services is fully insured. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, faulty fixtures, or items not disclosed prior to the service. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service being completed.

6. Access & Safety

Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the premises for our staff. This includes securing pets, providing keys or access codes as needed, and disclosing any hazards. We reserve the right to decline or cease service if the working environment is deemed unsafe.

7. Client Property

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we recommend securing valuables before our visit. We are not responsible for items left in areas being cleaned unless prior arrangements have been made.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Pristine Professional Services and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
